Access
The Library provides campus-wide access to NoteExpress via IP authentication. No personal account or password is required. Readers are welcome to use it for literature discovery and manuscript preparation.

Go to the NoteExpress website, click Free Download, then in Group Edition search for “Southern Medical University” and download Southern Medical University Group Edition.

Tips

1. Before installation, close antivirus software (e.g., 360 Total Security, 360 Antivirus, Lenovo PC Manager) and Microsoft Word/WPS to ensure the application and writing plug-in install correctly. Re-enable them after installation.
2. Before first use, create a new database, set the database name and storage path, and choose how attachments will be stored when added.
