1. SCI Monthly Updates

• Scope: Release dynamic monthly reports on SCI-indexed publications from our university by the 10th of each month.

• Procedure: Extract SCI-indexed papers from our university on the last day of each month, with statistical reports compiled and published by the 10th of the following month.

2. ESI Rankings

• Scope: Provide research impact assessment services for all university departments and research units, including: analysis of ESI-competitive disciplines and high-impact papers, comparative analysis with other medical universities, and ranking predictions.

• Procedure: Monitor ESI database updates (released every two months) and complete comparative analysis reports, ranking predictions, and data compilation within three working days following each update.

3. Talent Evaluation

• Scope: Provide talent assessment reports for university departments.

• Procedure: Complete evaluation reports within three working days upon request.

• Fee Standard: Indexing & Citation Verification services follow the fee schedule of the Reference Services Department.

4. Disciplinary Analysis Services

• Scope:

• Disciplinary Frontier Tracking: Monitor and regularly report on research fronts and hot topics in relevant disciplines.

• Research Landscape Analysis: Deliver comprehensive analysis reports on disciplinary development, including competitiveness assessment, development trends tracking, and early-warning analysis.

• Procedure: Conduct real-time monitoring of disciplinary frontiers with regular reporting; maintain confidentiality for sensitive analysis results.
