1. Alumni Card Functions

The card allows entry to the library, use of the seat reservation system, and reading of books and journals (not available for borrowing).

2. Eligible Applicants

Graduates of Southern Medical University.

3. Alumni Card Application Procedure

(1) Application Location: Main Campus Library, First Floor Service Desk

(2) Application Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-11:30, 14:30-17:00 (excluding holidays)

(3) Graduates must provide the original graduation certificate and ID card; one recent 1-inch photo.

(4) Processing Fee: 3 yuan

(6) This card is for personal use only. If loaned to others, the library reserves the right to revoke it.

(7) The card is valid for 1 year. After expiration, the holder can renew it for free by bringing valid identification to the library.
