Springer-Verlag is a globally renowned scientific and technical publishing group. Its SpringerLink platform offers online access to academic journals and e-books, serving as a vital information resource for researchers. Since July 2002, SpringerLink has been available to users in China.

Springer publishes over 2,200 journals annually, covering 11 major subject areas:

More than 60% of Springer’s journals are included in the SCI and SSCI indexes, with many titles ranking highly in their respective fields.

Access Rights:

• The National Science and Technology Library (NSTL) has purchased national access to the Springer Online Archive Collections (OAC), enabling users at our university to freely access content published in 1996 or earlier. The OAC includes 927 full-text journals and over 30,000 issues.
• Current Journals: Our subscription covers 1,984 full-text journals from 1997 to the present.
• Book Series: Through NSTL’s OAC subscription, users can access 14 renowned Springer book series, all available from Volume 1, Issue 1 through 1996.
• E-Books: Our subscription includes approximately 10,000 English e-books from the 2010–2012 copyright years (as of December 2011).
