GoOA - A One-stop Discovery Platform for Accessing Papers (Website: http://gooa.las.ac.cn), is an OA journal service platform initiated and implemented by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It integrates over 1,700 OA journals from renowned publishers in the fields of natural sciences and some social sciences, along with their full-text papers (the number is constantly increasing). It offers features such as integrated discovery of OA journals and papers, free download, OA journal submission analysis, related search, knowledge graph analysis, and user sharing.

As open resources, the use of GoOA follows the CC-BY Attribution 3.0 China License Agreement. GoOA provides "GoOA Introduction" for resource promotion, OA journal and paper search pages that can be embedded in library websites, and open access interfaces for OA journals and papers data.
