In the warm and sunny March, to celebrate the 116th International Women’s Day, on the afternoon of March 6, all female librarians gathered in the demonstration room on the sixth floor of the main campus library, welcoming this special festival with laughter and joy. Director Gu Ping, on behalf of the library, extended sincere holiday greetings and warm wishes to all female librarians.

Warm Symposium, Sharing Growth

　　During the symposium, Director Gu Ping sat together with everyone, kindly inquired about the recent work and life of the teachers, and listened attentively to their insights on the job, gains and reflections in professional development. The atmosphere was relaxed and lively, with everyone speaking freely. There were not only insightful views on the development of the library cause, but also passionate sharing on reading promotion and cultural education work, fully demonstrating the unique charm of knowledgeable women in the new era—dedicated, proactive, intellectual, and gentle.

　　In the heartwarming gift distribution session, each female librarian received a practical and life-oriented holiday gift—a comfortable air conditioning blanket and soft towels. This thoughtful gift not only expressed gratitude for the teachers’ hard work but also conveyed the hope that everyone can take good care of themselves and enjoy a warm and comfortable life amidst busy work. As they received the gifts, the teachers’ faces were filled with happy smiles, and they expressed feeling the deep care from the library family.

Regardless of the size of the prizes, everyone received a surprise and joy.
