1. It is strictly prohibited to reserve seats with personal items (such as backpacks, books, notebooks, etc.) in the reading area. Occupying multiple seats by a single person is not allowed.

2. When leaving the library, all personal belongings must be taken away. Items left behind will be treated as seat reservation, and the library assumes no responsibility for any lost items.

3. In the event of disputes arising from seat reservation, library staff will mediate, and the party reserving the seat will be subject to serious criticism.

4. Please take good care of the equipment in the reading area. Do not move tables, chairs, or other devices without authorization.

5. During holidays when fewer readers are present, the library may adjust open areas based on reader traffic to avoid energy waste.
